Virat Kohli Stunning Runout
Virat Kohli once again showcased his fitness and fielding skills at Dharamsala Cricket Stadium. During IPL match against Punjab Kings, Virat ran out Shashank Singh in the 14th over with a stunning one-handed pick-up and direct hit. All this happened in one motion. Virat sprinted from deep mid-wicket, picked up the ball and hit a direct-hit at the bowler’s end. His ‘over-the-top’ celebration after that was also worth watching.
The runout came at a very crucial time, when Shashank was set and turning the game in his favour. Shashank was dismissed for 37 runs off 19 balls.
Also Kohli played a fantastic innings of 92 runs in 47 balls and RCB posted a mammoth score of 241/7 in 20 overs. Virat hit seven fours and six sixes in his innings with strike-rate of 195.74. With this innings, Virat crossed the 600-run mark in IPL 2024. Rajat Patidar also supported well and scored 55 runs, which was his fourth fifty of the season.
